Experiential Marketing & Brand Activations

Presence should leave an impression.

We bring together the right audiences, environments and partnerships to build authentic connections between brands and the people they seek to engage.

Our philosophy

We create experiences with purpose, bringing together the right audiences, environments and partnerships to build authentic connections between brands and the people they seek to engage.

Our network across South Florida's professional, creative, business and community circles lets us assemble the audience a brand actually needs. The aim is market presence: introducing a concept, cultivating a following and opening opportunities that outlast a single evening.

Rimmel London at F1 Miami: Dare to Thrill

Coty had a preferred-vendor list full of agencies. After one meeting, Rimmel London trusted us with its entire Formula 1 Miami program: thirty-plus guests flown in first class, a hotel takeover and race weekend, end to end.

The signature moments were ours, not the brief’s: the banner plane, the stamped coconuts, “Dare to Thrill” on every chair.

A red carpet at the gates, a runway over the pool and a headline set on the balcony. Our team produced the launch from the first site visit to the last set: venue, creative and branding, the runway build, print production, and the headliner’s rider and artist experience.

Grand openings & launches

A new location deserves an entrance. For the grand opening of INB Medical Associates in Pompano Beach, we designed and produced the room: white lounge seating, the stage, the draping, the tables and an ice-blue glow that turned a new office into an evening worth staying for.

Medical practices, law firms, showrooms, restaurants: when the doors open for the first time, we make sure the room says everything about the brand before anyone says a word.

Soup & Champagne

Every January 1st, Soup & Champagne honors soup joumou, the soup of Haitian independence, with one of the most visible Haitian and Caribbean celebrations of the year. Now heading into its seventh year, it has welcomed legends of Haitian music to its stage.

We sit on its production team, leading venue scouting, talent acquisition and production for one of the culture’s defining institutions.

The Forgotten Occupation: Jim Crow Goes to Haiti

Alain Martin’s documentary, executive produced by Roxane Gay, tells the story of the nineteen-year U.S. occupation of Haiti. Across some thirty screenings, it had never once filled a room of three hundred.

We wrote and placed the press release, the media attention followed in force, and four days later its Miami premiere, at the Little Haiti Cultural Center on March 8, 2026, had sold all 300 seats: a first for the film. The premiere announcement alone drew more than 7,500 likes and 1,000 shares, and Avive stood on the step and repeat among its partners.

PV Miami

PV Miami began as our own idea and grew into a brand with a loyal following: more than thirty editions, each with its own theme and partners. Our guests have followed us from Blue Martini Kendall to Doral, Chico Malo, Cuba Cabana, Blue Martini Fort Lauderdale and now Brooklyn Chop House in Wynwood. The Carnival Edition was sponsored by Digicel.

Behind the big moments

Part of the bigger picture. Sometimes, we are the bigger picture.

Not every production carries our name, and it doesn't need to. Some of Miami's most talked-about experiences rely on our team behind the scenes: scouting and securing venues, running the production meetings and keeping every moving part in check. We're proud to take that seat, and just as proud to lead from the front.

Discretion comes standard. Because our work travels by referral, some of the most recognizable names in entertainment and sport call on us privately, and those engagements stay in strict confidence. Every client receives that same discretion and the same devotion, whether we are hosting a private evening for a global star or filling a free World Cup watch party for our community in three days.

Venue scouting & placement

The space sets the tone. We find the one that carries yours.

We work both sides of the door: we find the site that fits your brand and your program, and we bring productions and sponsors to venues that want a fuller calendar.

Talent & celebrity relations

Tell us who you want. We'll make the ask.

A headliner, an athlete, a face for your brand. Name them, and we'll reach out through relationships built over decades. The ask is on us. Our fee is earned only when they say yes.

Your turn

If you can envision it, we can make it real.

Have a vision?

Tell us the dream. We'll take it from there.
